1/4 tsp. vegetable glycerin
1/16 tsp. xanthan gum
1/2-1 tsp. water

Dissolve xanthan gum in glycerin and mix well.  Add water and mix well again.  If you prefer a thicker or thinner lube, decrease or increase the water.
